Two of these are in effect; the rest are drafts. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are final as of September 8, 2026. The Cookie Notice, Acceptable Use Policy, Data Processing Addendum, Sub-processors page, and Security policy are still drafts prepared as a starting point for counsel — do not rely on those until a qualified attorney has reviewed them.

Master Services Agreement

The customer-facing contract covering the Platform, service levels, fees, and the commercial terms behind guaranteed transaction coverage.

Executable DPA and SCCs

A signable Data Processing Addendum with the Standard Contractual Clauses module selection and a technical and organizational measures annex.

Partner and reseller agreement

Terms for partners reselling the Platform under their own brand, including branding rights, support obligations, and revenue share.

Service level agreement

Availability commitments, measurement methodology, exclusions, and credits — referenced by the Terms but not yet defined.

Coverage terms schedule

The exact qualification criteria, exclusions, caps, and claim mechanics for guaranteed transactions, sitting under the Service Agreement.

Trademark and brand use

Guidance on how partners and customers may use the SoniqPay name and marks, once the marks are filed.
