01About this page

SoniqPay engages sub-processors to help deliver the Services. Each is bound by written terms no less protective than our Data Processing Addendum, and each is assessed before engagement and periodically thereafter.

Providers that a customer instructs us to connect to — processors, acquirers, and networks — are not sub-processors of SoniqPay. Those are independent controllers with whom the customer holds a direct relationship.

03Notice of changes

We will provide notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor that processes customer personal data. Customers can subscribe to notifications by emailing privacy@soniqpay.com.

04Objecting to a sub-processor

A customer may object on reasonable data protection grounds within 30 days of notice. We will work in good faith to provide an alternative or a commercially reasonable change to the Services. If we cannot, the customer may terminate the affected Services as set out in the Data Processing Addendum.
